What is inside
One live session each month. Limited to 8 owners per group so every person can speak, get coached, and leave with a decision. Led by Eric.
Stuck on a price increase, a hire, a P&L line you can't explain? Post once, get answers from Eric and other owners who have been there.
Post the action you picked, what you tried, what worked. Crowd-source the next move and pull other owners forward at the same time.
Most group coaching is too big to be useful. Forty owners on a call means three people talk and everyone else watches. We will not do that.
Eight is the largest number where every owner gets time on the clock every month — your specific situation, your specific numbers, your specific next move. If a group fills, we open another one.
The community is open all month for the in-between work: the question you have on a Wednesday afternoon, the win you want to share, the second opinion before you send the email.
